Terms and Conditions 2026 – Der Helmerhof Allgäu Hideaway

For your reservation: (valid for stays from 01/01/2026 to 12/31/2026)

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all contracts for accommodation services between the guest and the hotel “Der Helmerhof Allgäu Hideaway”.

2. Conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded as soon as the hotel confirms the booking.

3. Prices & Services

The “from” prices shown on the website are for guidance only. Only the total price per room and night shown in the booking process is binding. In case of deviations, only the price in the booking confirmation applies. Prices vary depending on the season, demand and length of stay. All prices include the described inclusive services.

4. Deposit & Payment

For bookings from 15/01/2026 via the new website or OnePageBooking, a deposit of 30% of the total price is required.

5. Cancellation conditions 2026

Free cancellation up to 4 days before arrival. Thereafter, in the event of late arrival or no-show, 80% of the total price will be charged, provided that re-letting is not possible. Early departure is also 80% of the remaining amount if re-letting is not possible.

6. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out until 11:00 AM.

7. Conversions & Operational changes

Temporary restrictions will be communicated early. Significant
Impairments will be compensated.

8. Liability

The hotel is only liable in case of intent or gross negligence. The legal
Regulations regarding items brought in apply.

9. Withdrawal by the hotel

The hotel can withdraw from the contract in the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.

10. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with legal requirements.

11. Final provisions

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Füssen/Allgäu.
