From a farm with heart to an Allgäu hideaway. On April 1, 2026, Corbinian Helmer will take over the Helmerhof, setting new impulses with a refreshed brand identity, a modern look and a new website.
What remains unchanged is the setting: nestled between mountains, lakes and castles – a place dedicated to enjoyment, deep breaths and being fully present.

We are here for you 7 days a week. Perhaps we can answer a few questions here:
On the day of arrival, you can check into your room from 2:00 PM. On the day of departure, we ask you to check out by 11:00 AM. Would you like a late check-out? Please speak to our colleagues at reception.
We are an allergy-friendly hotel, but we do have some rooms where pets are allowed. If you have any questions, please contact our colleagues at reception.
Our elevator takes you comfortably from the basement to the 2nd floor, so all rooms and the wellness area can be reached barrier-free.
In our bicycle garage you can park your own bicycle and charge it if necessary, access is via your room card. Rental bikes can be reserved at the reception free of charge (city bikes) or for a fee (e-bikes).
Free WiFi is available throughout the building.
You can park for free in our hotel parking lot. There are also two e-charging stations directly in front of the hotel (parking only during charging).
We serve our rich breakfast buffet from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM. From 2:00 PM a snack buffet from our Genusswerkstatt (included) awaits you. We also serve food and drinks from our bistro menu (add-on).
Our wellness area is open from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM for you. If you would like to use it, please register at the reception (approx. 30 minutes lead time).
You can make appointments for various treatments at the reception. The cosmetic and massage rooms are located in the basement. Our Hydrojet water massage bed is available at any time, the card for use can be purchased at the reception.
A cancellation of your reservation is possible free of charge up to 4 days before the arrival date. In the event of a shorter cancellation period, 80% of the room price will be charged. This also applies to early departure.
